Swearing-In Ceremony: Friday, January 2, 2015 at 2 p.m.

Please join us on Friday, January 2, 2015 as Randall Slagle is sworn in as our next Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2. All are welcome to attend. The ceremony will be held at Travis County JP 2 in Courtroom A, located at 10409 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78758. District Judge David Crain will be administering the oath of office to Randall. Refreshments will be served immediately after the ceremony in the large event room located outside of the courtroom.

We did it!

Wow. We did it. After years of planning and hard work, the voters of JP 2 have given me the opportunity to serve as Justice of the Peace. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this team victory. From day one, I had one message for our voters and supporters. We need a judge who knows the law, and will treat people fairly. I’ve practiced these concepts as a prosecutor, and I will do the same as your Judge. This victory was a tremendous team effort, and I would like to thank so many people who rallied together to make this happen.  Our campaign team was unbelievable. My deputy campaign manager, Nathan Armentrout, and every team member was so impressive. I just can’t thank you folks enough for your long hours, rain or shine. You spread our message to thousands of voters at their doors and over the phone. Truly the heart of our campaign.
