Today, I am officially your 2018 Democratic candidate for Travis County Justice of the Peace, Precinct Two, and one of the only Travis County elected officials to draw a Republican opponent in the November 2018 general election.
Randall, Kendall & TreyOver the past three years, my team and I have completely transformed JP Two from a very problematic place into the most efficient Justice Court in the state of Texas. We went through each and every procedure and made drastic changes, creating a Court that now complies with the law, ensuring fairness and justice.

The Court was very outdated and inefficient. We streamlined all Court processes, eliminated the vast majority of the paper consumption and created an innovative digital court system. Since 2015, JP Two has won many awards including the Best Practices award from the Texas Association of Counties and the Best of Texas award from the Center for Digital Government.

The entire culture of Precinct Two has changed for the better. Our team now receives regular training both internally and from the Texas Justice Court Training Center to ensure that we are knowledgeable and competent for our community.

I came into office with a background in public service and almost a decade of courtroom experience. Since taking the bench, I have become a member of the teaching faculty tasked with training all of the Justice Court Judges around the state of Texas. JP Two is a place where your judge will know the law and will bring you fairness and justice.
I was born and raised in Precinct Two. My wife and I are raising our son in Precinct Two. I’m excited about the opportunity to continue serving our community and earning your support over the next year.
